Creablex License Agreement

This License Agreement defines the terms, conditions, and usage rights applicable to all digital products available on Creablex. It governs the use of downloadable resources, templates, design assets, website materials, and all digital content distributed through the marketplace.

Creablex operates as a curated digital marketplace focused on providing structured, high-quality digital resources organized into specialized categories such as CreaWeb and CreaVisual. These categories group products based on their function, purpose, and creative application within the digital ecosystem.

This License Agreement applies to all users, customers, and buyers across the entire Creablex platform, regardless of category or provider. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product, users agree to comply with the terms defined in this document.

Each product available on Creablex includes a specific license type assigned at the product level. This license determines how the product can be used and always overrides general assumptions or interpretations.

Providers within the Creablex ecosystem publish products under marketplace guidelines, while licensing rights remain strictly defined per product to ensure clarity, consistency, and legal structure across the entire platform.

Marketplace Structure

Creablex is structured as a curated digital marketplace ecosystem designed to organize and distribute digital products efficiently across multiple creative categories.

The platform is built around a hierarchical structure that includes the main marketplace (Creablex), specialized categories (such as CreaWeb and CreaVisual), independent providers, and individual digital products.

Each category serves as an organizational layer that groups related products based on their function and purpose, while providers operate independently within the marketplace ecosystem.

This structure allows Creablex to maintain scalability, organization, and clarity as new categories, providers, and digital product types are added over time.

License Types Overview

Creablex digital products may be distributed under different license types depending on the product, provider, and intended usage scope. Each product clearly specifies its applicable license on its product page.

The license type defines how a product can be used, modified, and distributed. It is essential for users to review the license before using any product.

  • Personal License: Allows use for personal, non-commercial projects only. Products licensed under a Personal License may not be used for business activities, client work, commercial services, marketing campaigns, or any project intended to generate revenue.
  • Commercial License: Allows use in personal and commercial projects, including businesses, brands, agencies, freelancers, client work, marketing materials, websites, digital content, and monetized projects. Commercial License holders may use products across multiple projects and clients, provided that the original files, templates, and downloadable resources are not resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared, or offered as standalone products.
  • Custom License: Special licensing terms defined by the product provider or by Creablex for specific products that require unique usage conditions. Where a Custom License applies, its terms take precedence over the standard Personal and Commercial License definitions for that product.

The applicable license type is always identified on the individual product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing the license assigned to a product before purchase or use. In the event of any conflict between this general License Agreement and a product-specific license, the license displayed on the product page shall prevail for that product.

License Application Rules

The applicable license for each product is determined at the individual product level and is always displayed on the product page.

Licensing rules apply strictly to the specific product purchased and are not determined by category or provider identity.

In case of any conflict between general marketplace descriptions and product-specific licensing terms, the product license always takes priority.

Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the license conditions before using any Creablex product.

Prohibited Uses

Unless explicitly authorized under the specific license of a product, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

  • Reselling original source files or editable resources in any form.
  • Redistributing, sharing, or transferring downloaded products to third parties.
  • Uploading Creablex products to file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or public repositories.
  • Repackaging, rebranding, or reselling products as standalone digital goods.
  • Sharing direct download links for unauthorized access.
  • Using Creablex products for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning datasets, or automated content generation systems without explicit permission.
  • Using products for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

End Products Rule

Creablex products may be used to create finished end products such as websites, branding projects, marketing materials, social media content, digital campaigns, and other creative outputs.

Users are allowed to monetize or distribute their final created works as long as the original source files, templates, or editable resources are not redistributed in their original or modified form.

Under no circumstances may users resell, share, or distribute the original Creablex files as standalone digital products, regardless of modifications made.

Marketplace & Providers

Creablex operates as a structured digital marketplace organized into specialized categories such as CreaWeb and CreaVisual. These categories serve as organizational layers that group products based on their creative function and purpose.

Providers within the Creablex ecosystem are independent creators, designers, developers, and digital publishers who contribute products to the marketplace under defined platform rules.

Each provider is fully responsible for their own content, product quality, intellectual property rights, and licensing compliance.

All products published on Creablex are assigned a license at the product level, ensuring consistent usage rules across all categories and providers.

Educational & Future Products

Creablex is primarily focused on digital products and creative resources for design, web development, and digital content creation.

In the future, the platform may expand to include educational materials such as guides, tutorials, structured learning resources, or courses.

If educational products are introduced, they will be governed by specific licensing terms appropriate for instructional and learning-based content, clearly defined on each product page.

This section applies only if such content is introduced and does not affect the current licensing structure for digital products.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design elements, source files, graphics, templates, documentation, and digital assets, remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants a usage license only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property contained within the product.

Enforcement
